Job description

As a vital member of the Social Media team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping OMEGA’s communication strategy and driving the evolution of the brand’s digital footprint. Your role demands a comprehensive grasp of Social Media and digital communication trends. You'll need to be naturally inquisitive, innovative, and proactive in seeking out new opportunities.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to craft comprehensive 360 campaigns
  • Establish and manage a detailed publication schedule aligning with the International Marketing plan
  • Utilize our social management tool to schedule daily posts
  • Enhance brand and product visibility across all digital platforms
  • Coordinate cross-market projects effectively
  • Spearhead live event initiatives
  • Design and execute social media campaigns guided by specific KPIs
  • Act as the primary liaison with OMEGA creative teams and digital agencies (video production, photography, motion design, etc.)
  • Deliver comprehensive reports on social media campaigns and activities
  • Analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insights and identify future opportunities
  • Monitor and report on emerging digital trends

Profile

  • A background in digital communication within the luxury sector (minimum 3 years)
  • Prior experience in a digital agency is an advantage
  • A deep interest in the luxury and watch industry
  • Proficient expertise in managing both organic and paid social media
  • Experience working with Asian social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, LINE, etc.)
  • A bachelor's degree in communication/marketing
  • Proficiency in Sprinklr (or similar social media listening and content management systems)
  • Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage

  • Strategic approach, capable of interpreting data ecosystems into actionable insights
  • Strong aptitude for creating compelling brand content
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Creativity and flexibility coupled with a strong team-oriented mindset
