Launched to celebrate six decades of 007 on screen, OMEGA’s Seamaster Diver 300M in stainless steel is replete with Bond movie tributes, including a playful and dynamic nod to the iconic opening sequence, known and loved by Bond fans all over the world.
In keeping with 007’s approach to style, OMEGA’s tribute to 60 years of Bond is classic in every sense. Cased in stainless steel, the 42mm Seamaster Diver 300M has a beautifully contrasting blue dial with skeleton rhodium plated hour/minute hands and a lollipop seconds hand in white varnished aluminium.

The famous opening sequence, featuring Bond in silhouette and spinning gun barrel, plays out on the caseback, beneath a sapphire decorated with micro-structured metallisation. The “moiré” effect animation is linked to the spinning of the lollipop seconds hand, so the action never stops.
In addition to its dynamic caseback, OMEGA’s Seamaster Diver 300M offers plenty of action on the dial side, with design elements linked to great Bond movies of the past.
The blue oxalic anodized aluminium dial has laser-engraved waves, inspired by the watch worn by James Bond in 1995’s GoldenEye.
On the bezel, at 12 o’clock, a commemorative 60 replaces the traditional inverted triangle, featured on almost all Diver 300M models.
The commemorative 60 at 12 o’clock, the vertical lines below, and the minute hand - all emit a green glow at night. The hour and lollipop seconds hands glow blue, in line with the rhodium-plated hour markers.
Adding texture to the metallic look is a brushed stainless steel bracelet, in the same elegant mesh style as Bond’s titanium watch in No Time To Die.

Powering the 60 years of Bond tribute watch is OMEGA’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8806. Tested and approved by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS). Magnetic fields are the nemeses of mechanical watches and this movement can resist forces of 15,000 gauss.
Collectors of the commemorative Seamaster in steel will also receive a blue wooden box in the original Diver 300M pattern, with three dots inspired by the classic Bond movie opening sequence, including a secret push button on the right.
For Bond fans with an eye for gold, OMEGA has produced a Seamaster Diver 300M with case, bracelet and buckle in Canopus Gold™. The dial in natural grey silicon is a nod to the sands of 007’s Caribbean hideaway. For added glamour, OMEGA has paved the unidirectional bezel with shaded green and yellow treated diamonds.
