The company

OMEGA timepieces, part of the Swatch Group of the United States (SGUS), is seeking an experienced project manager to join a specialist Store Design team onsite in Miami, Florida.

Sitting adjacent to the SGUS construction team, this role is dedicated entirely to representing the OMEGA brand in third party sales locations: Multi Brand Retailer Stores (‘Wholesalers’) ranging from large national watch and jewellery accounts and properties to family-owned watch and jewellery businesses across North America and the Caribbean. Projects vary in size and scale, but constant is the need to provide uniform global design, strong customer service and quality project management across the portfolio.

Working on a dedicated split territory (as part of a two-person team), you will be required to project manage at scale and pace, while also contributing interior design and construction insights on all projects and managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders (both on and off location).

Given the emphasis on maintaining brand integrity in this role, the department reports to Head of Marketing USA with a dotted reporting line to OMEGA HQ store design / construction. Interested applicants should be:

  • Experienced and autonomous in such an environment
  • Act as an empowered brand advocate once familiarized with OMEGA protocol/processes.
  • Be highly accountable and willing to take full responsibility for the success (or failures) in quality and efficiency.
  • Constantly striving to improve business outcomes.

OMEGA is a company of the Swatch Group, the world’s leading watch manufacturer. Since 1848, the brand has been synonymous with excellence, innovation, design and precision. Thanks to its pioneering spirit, OMEGA was the first watch worn on the moon, and it has enjoyed many other accomplishments and explorations in the ocean and in space. Its women’s watches have been amongst the most admired and ingenious in the industry and, most recently, OMEGA’s reputation has been enhanced by its achievements in anti-magnetic watchmaking and its Master Chronometer certified watches, the industry’s highest standard for precision and performance. OMEGA has been the Official Timekeeper of 30 Olympic Games since 1932 and is also a leading name in golf, swimming, athletics, bobsleigh and sailing. Partnerships with social causes include Orbis International and its Flying Eye Hospital, as well as the GoodPlanet Foundation. Today, OMEGA's family of brand ambassadors includes James Bond, George Clooney, Nicole Kidman, Eddie Redmayne, Daniel Craig, Cindy Crawford, Michael Phelps, Rory McIlroy, Sergio Garcia, Buzz Aldrin and many more.
