At the Olympic Winter Games Sochi 2014, history was made when an alpine skiing race ended in a tie for the gold medal. Athletes from Slovenia and Switzerland both won gold in the women’s downhill. OMEGA timed both runs at precisely 1 minute and 41.57 seconds.
