After four days of exceptional precision and awe‑inspiring performance, the talented player from Sweden took the win and claimed this year’s trophy and famous red jacket.
A full roster of talented players was in action this year in Crans-Montana – including OMEGA’s golfing ambassadors Justin Suh, Danny Willett, Matt Wallace, Erik Van Rooyen, Guido Migliozzi, Sean Crocker, Rasmus Hojgaard, Nicolai Hojgaard, and Jeremy Freiburghaus.
“We’ve loved watching all the players at this year’s OMEGA Masters. It’s a significant win for Ludvig Aberg and we’re delighted to have been here for this deserved moment.”
Originally called the Swiss Open when it was first played in 1923, the OMEGA Masters has remained at the same venue since 1939, making it the oldest golf tournament in Europe to be played on the same course every year. OMEGA claimed the naming rights in 2001 and now considers the event to be one of the most important on its sporting calendar.
