  • You do not need to create a MY OMEGA account to place an order. You may check out as a guest.

    Create a My OMEGA account to benefit from our exclusive services and keep up to date with our latest publications. With a MY OMEGA account, you may also add items to “My favorites” as well as view your order history.

  • A selection of our products is available in the online shop. If you are interested in a model which is not available, we invite you to contact an OMEGA Boutique or an OMEGA authorised retailer.

  • An estimated delivery date is provided prior to checkout. Most orders are processed within an hour of credit card approval. If a band adjustment is needed please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the watch to be serviced. Orders placed after 12pm EST, may not ship until the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on an official holiday will be processed on the following business day. Signature will be required for all orders.

    We want you to enjoy your item as soon as possible; therefore, all orders will receive complimentary 2nd Day express shipping unless otherwise noted. Orders approved Monday through Friday by 12 PM Eastern Standard Time will have same-day shipment. Orders approved after the aforementioned times will be processed the next business day.

    Next Day shipping is available for $30.00.

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States. OMEGA will gladly ship to the 48 contiguous states as well as Washington D.C., Alaska and Hawaii. For clients in Puerto Rico, please contact your local boutique. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and hotels.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
  • Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online from www.omegawatches.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided that the merchandise is original quality and has not been damaged. Returns are only applicable to orders made on www.omegawatches.com and do not include final sale products. Earrings and any products that are personalized with embossing or engraving are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent by UPS or FedEx with a valid tracking number attached. We are not responsible for items which are lost, stolen, broken, or damaged during the return process. All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.
     
     
    Standard Online Orders: to make a return, log into your My OMEGA account and follow the instructions. If you do not have an account, you can request a return by clicking here. The item must be returned in its original condition with its box and all the articles included in it within 14 days of delivery. Removed or altered security seals forfeit our return policy. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
     
    Collect From Boutique Orders: for "Collect from Boutique" orders, items can be returned within 14 days of the order arriving at the Boutique. The order can only be returned to the original Boutique of collection or via courier arrangement to our US Distribution Center. The item must be returned in its original condition with its box and all the articles included in it. Removed or altered security seals forfeit our return policy. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment.
     
     
  • The following methods of payment are available: Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, Union Pay, PayPal, and Affirm.

    OMEGA processes payments via Datatrans.

  • Shipping is only possible within the national territory of the country where you place your order. Therefore, there are no additional taxes or charges.
  • Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.

  • All data and payment information are secured by SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card details or payment information. For more information about data use, please see our privacy policy.

  • We do not offer exchanges. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item.
  • We offer Affirm, which allows payments over time with monthly installments. Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check, may not be available in all states. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required.

     

  • OMEGA boutiques are unable to process refunds on orders purchased from the OMEGA website.

  • On the product page of the item you are interested in, you may enter your email address in the NOTIFY ME section. After you sign up, you will receive an email notification once the item becomes available.
  • Yes, an adult signature is required for all orders. If you will not be available to sign for your package, please Contact Us or call 1-800-766-6342 to request to have your order held at a UPS hold location. The OMEGA team is available from 8am to 6pm EST, Monday to Friday.

  • Yes, at checkout you can select the OMEGA Boutique where you would like to collect your order.
