If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online from www.omegawatches.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided that the merchandise is original quality and has not been damaged. Returns are only applicable to orders made on www.omegawatches.com and do not include final sale products. Earrings and any products that are personalized with embossing or engraving are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent by UPS or FedEx with a valid tracking number attached. We are not responsible for items which are lost, stolen, broken, or damaged during the return process. All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.

The item must be returned in its original condition with its box and all the articles included in it within 14 days of delivery. Removed or altered security seals forfeit our return policy. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
For "Collect from Boutique" orders, items can be returned within 14 days of the order arriving at the Boutique. The order can only be returned to the original Boutique of collection or via courier arrangement to our US Distribution Center. The item must be returned in its original condition with its box and all the articles included in it. Removed or altered security seals forfeit our return policy.
