5.1. Omega uses a third party payment processor to assist us in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. The information collected for payment purposes, such as your credit card number and expiration date, are collected by the third party payment processor. Such third party processor’s use of your Personal Data is governed by its own separate Notice, which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this Notice. We will inform you which payment processor is used when processing your payments.

You may at all times revoke any consent given to processing your Personal Data by sending us an email or postal mail, or by clicking the corresponding box on the forms used to collect your Personal Data. 7.1.4. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt.
