Speedy Tuesday is an online community, born on a Tuesday in 2012 from an article posted by Robert-Jean Broer, founder of the watch site Fratello Watches. There are now more than 600 Speedmaster articles published every Tuesday on Fratello Watches, along with countless photos shared by Speedmaster enthusiasts on social media via the hashtag #SpeedyTuesday.

In addition to passionate discussions about the world's most iconic chronograph, the event featured a special presentation on the Speedmaster by Gregory Kissling, OMEGA's Vice President of Product Development, who shared details of OMEGA’s carefully considered dial manufacturing process, from the standard brass dial to Speedy Tuesday's 2018 "Ultraman" aluminum dial, to the most exclusive materials such as meteorite, onyx, and gold.
