We are searching for Administrative Support / Marketing and Sales Coordinator BeNeLux / for the Omega team (Full Time – 6 months)

Mission of the function

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of Marketing and Sales activities. Coordinate tasks related to Advertising, Communication, Visual Merchandising and Sales support, ensuring all administrative processes align with the Brand vision and business objectives. Facilitate efficient operations by managing documentation, databases, and internal coordination, while assisting in the execution of key projects. Contribute to achieving targeted sales performance by ensuring all administrative tasks are executed accurately and on time.

Job description

  • Administrative support
    • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries related to marketing and sales requests
    • Support retailers by providing them with price lists, product information, and other administrative support as needed
    • Assist in the development of monthly newsletters specific to the retailers, including product novelties and brand information
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including market analysis and sales performance
    • Administrative follow-up & reporting of the marketing budget with accurate creation of Purchase Orders

 

  • Sales:
    • Taking orders by phone / e-mail and give the information requested by retailers.
    • General and administrative support to the Brand Manager BeNeLux
    • Upload the requested sales information (stock list / sell-out data / etc ) by OMEGA HQ in the concerned systems

 

  • Retail Operations / Visual Merchandising:
    • Set up / follow up Visual Merchandising plan & guidelines including coordination with suppliers
    • Develop and monitor in-store activations in stores BeNeLux (Corporate / Franchise / wholesale)
    • Administrative coordination, control of SIS projects (opening of POS, renovation, maintenance)

 

  • Giving support in the execution of the communication plan:
    • Maximize brand exposure within the allocated budget, coordinating communication across offline and online channels
    • Support the development of yearly co-op advertising opportunities for dealers
    • Giving support to the PR agency in the execution of internet information on the brand website
    • Set up/follow up advertising campaign/merchandising plan
  • Giving support in the execution of PR / events / sponsoring plan:
    • Support the execution of the PR /event / sponsorship plan, ensuring all the administrative duties such as contracts, internal authorizations including vendor coordination, and budget tracking are handled efficiently
    • Contact with PR agencies in Belgium & Netherlands for information and implementation of PR strategy
    • Assist to the Brand Manager with the execution of sponsorship activities, ensuring all necessary administration and paperwork is completed on time

Profil

 

  • 1st experience in sales, marketing, and administrative duties
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is crucial.
  • Good knowledge and familiarity with social media management
  • Good analytical skills and financial knowledge
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Dynamic, flexible, creative, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, social, stress resistant

  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch (native), French and English
