Job description
For a period of 6 months from February 2025
Support of our Hospitality Manager in multiple projects related to the department such as new infrastructures, checklists, and work procedures
Participation in the organization of events for staff and management
Ensuring the maintenance and development of the IT structures put in place in the field of Hospitality and creating various internal communications
Support for the establishment of visit programs, the coordination of these and the accompaniment of our guests during visits to the company
Integration of the team during staff absences or busy days to ensure the management of the service in general or at the reception
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management in progress (e.g. 2nd internship in the 3rd year of EHL)
Practical experience of your knowledge acquired to date, including service and reception
Good knowledge of MS-Office tools

Able to adapt to various environments
Languages
Fluent in German and French, with intermediate proficiency in English
