DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY
We are pleased to offer complimentary express delivery and returns on all OMEGA UK website orders. All orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Deliveries to UK offshore addresses may take longer. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed on UK and Swiss Bank Holidays. At this time, we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that orders containing CITES pieces as well as personalised pieces may take several additional working days to arrive.
Due to Brexit regulations and procedures, orders including alligator leather straps (CITES) may be delayed and delivered between 8 to 10 working days. If you require any information about a new or existing order, please contact us at wecare.uk@omegawatches.com.
Last order date for delivery by Christmas: for standard orders, order by 17th December to receive your order in time for Christmas. Please allow a couple extra days for watch orders that require a bracelet adjustment. For any orders containing alligator leather, we recommend ordering by 10th December to allow for the CITES customs procedures.
Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a link to track your delivery. Please note that all UK website orders require a signature on delivery and can only be delivered to the original delivery address. If you've selected Boutique pick up as a delivery option, you will be notified via email once your order has arrived at our Boutique and is ready to collect and you will need to collect the item within 14 days of it arriving. If the order is not collected within 14 days of it arriving at the boutique, the item will be returned to our head office and refunded to the original payment method.
RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online from www.omegawatches.com/en-gb by mail within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, providing that the merchandise is in original condition and has not been damaged.
Returns are only applicable to orders made on www.omegawatches.com/en-gb.
Returns are not accepted in OMEGA boutiques with the exception of online purchases where the boutique pick up option was selected as the delivery method. In this case, orders collected from the boutique can be returned at the Regent Street Boutique within 14 days of the order arriving at the boutique or can be returned via courier.
Any product that fails the quality inspection, as exclusively determined by The Swatch Group’s Customer Service (e.g. scratches, worn or damaged items, missing components), will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Any products that are personalised (embossed, engraved, etc) cannot be cancelled or returned after purchase, unless we are at fault.
A box set containing several items may only be returned for refund as a whole, with all of the original items, except in cases relating to warranty. If your order included a gift with purchase, the gift must be returned with the returned order.
We aim to keep the returns process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your legal rights.
Extended Festive Season return period: Online orders placed between December 1st and December 31st, 2024 can be returned free of charge until January 31st, 2025. In addition, standard returns conditions and terms and conditions apply.
REQUEST YOUR RETURN ONLINE
To request a return, please Sign In to your My OMEGA account. Let us know what you are returning and why you are returning your item by completing the form on the returns page.
Our team will authorise the return within 72 hours upon which you will receive your complimentary return details via email. We reserve the right to determine the applicable returns courier service dependent upon the item(s) in your return and will contact you to arrange this.

Prepare product(s) for collection
Carefully package the product(s) securely in the original OMEGA packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Please include all original packaging, product tags, OMEGA warranty card, manual, gifts with purchase (if applicable), any extra links due to bracelet sizing and any appropriate gold diamond and/or any other material certification, spring bar tools and any other material associated with the product you wish to return.
Remove any residual labels on the OMEGA delivery box and carefully follow the return instructions provided by the OMEGA team via email.
RETURN YOUR ITEMS
Our delivery courier will be responsible for the product(s) during delivery to you, and if you choose our free returns service our delivery courier will be responsible for the product(s) being returned from you back to us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns to our address that have not arrived using our free return service.
We will confirm the status of your return once the product has been received and the quality inspection is complete.
Any and all attempts of fraud will be reported to the police as well as your payment provider and any other legal action will be taken as we see fit.

Items not purchased directly from the OMEGA website
Only merchandise purchased directly from the OMEGA website can be returned following the steps described above. If you purchased your OMEGA merchandise at a boutique or from other websites, these products must be returned to the original boutique or website they were purchased from.
Returning Unwanted Products
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with OMEGA. If you are unhappy with a product when you receive it or if you simply change your mind, by law consumers in the UK are entitled to cancel a contract for the purchase of products within fourteen (14) days from the day after delivery of your order.
Please return the product to us within 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation of the contract, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state with all components.
You must return the products undamaged and in their original condition (including any accessories which were included in the price of the products). Any product that fails the quality inspection, as exclusively determined by The Swatch Group’s Customer Service (e.g. scratches, worn or damaged items, missing components), will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. You must take reasonable care of the products until they are returned. On cancellation of the contract between you and us, we will refund you the price paid, within 14 days of the day we receive the products back or, if earlier, the receipt by us of proof of the return of the products.
Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy. Any products that are personalised (embossed, engraved, etc.) cannot be cancelled or returned after purchase, unless we are at fault.
Returning Faulty Products
We try to select and package the items as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights, if you notify us that you are rejecting the product within 30 days of receipt. You must then return the product to us (unless we agree otherwise).
We will make the refund directly to the credit/debit card used to place the original order once we have confirmed to you that you are entitled to a refund for the defective product. For help with faulty items later than 30 days after your delivery please Contact Us to discuss your options. This does not affect your legal rights.
Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products
All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment, and OMEGA is not responsible for any fees, which may apply by the form of refund, such as PayPal, or credit card transaction fees nor is OMEGA responsible for the speed in which such refunds are posted to your account.
Recycling previous generation OMEGA watches
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Electrical goods marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
As a responsible retailer, we are offering all our customers free take-back of their OMEGA watch.
