Job description

Implement retail strategies in line with the company strategy
Set qualitative and quantitative objectives of each boutique
Establish sales/expense budgets for the retail and be responsible for achieving it in line with Swatch Group and OMEGA policy for the countries and in close cooperation with the local Management
Suggest and execute the retail distribution policy for the countries in line with Swatch Group and OMEGA overall distribution policy
Give recommendations about overall product, communication, merchandising, distribution strategies and customer experience standards
Manage the Retail HQ Team
Build structures and processes for the Retail
Prepare the retail's management reports
Visit boutiques on a regular basis and participate in different events

Profile

Good knowledge of luxury
At least 10 years’ experience in retail management
University degree or equivalent
Good knowledge of technology, office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), databases and how they work

Professional requirements

Good communication skills to transmit messages to retail employees in the markets and within OMEGA HQ departments
Willing and flexible to travel up to 30%

Languages

Fluent in English and French; any additional language is a strong advantage
